Mrs. Julia Konadu Osam is a certified Customer Xperience Consultant with an MBA from Texas A&M University and a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Texas. With over 24 years of international experience, Julia’s career development has had a key focus in the following areas: service excellence, fintech, financial planning, business & hospitality management, and personnel training.
Julia is currently the CEO and Lead Consultant for Masterclass Consulting, focusing on customer and employee experience. Her previous roles include: Customer Xperience Manager/Growth & Business Development Lead at OA Pay, Customer Xperience Manager at Brassica Pay Ghana, Head of Service Quality at First Atlantic Bank Limited, and Managing Director at Charleston Hotel Limited. She has also worked at JPMorgan Chase and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
